CONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHY: Ohio State University

CONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHY is a series presenting the issues, ideas and expressions of emerging photographers at various colleges and universities. My hope is that the photography community will benefit from seeing work by young people on the cusp of their careers, and provide insight into what makes the medium so seductive, compelling and relevant to artists everywhere.

Thanks to Professor Robert Derr and the students of Ohio State University for letting us publish their images. http://art.osu.edu/areas/photo

Title: Face to Face
The idea behind the image being that no matter where I’ve been in life, I can still look myself in the eye and know that I matter and that I’m living my life right.
